Full Session

60 min · $110

Every session starts with a warmup and builds from there. Free weights, machines, compound movements. Amanda tracks your progression so every session builds on the last one. Nothing is random. The goal is to challenge you at the right level and keep moving you forward. Boxing can be added in the last 20 minutes if you want it.

Express Session

30 min · $60

Same training, condensed. You skip the warmup and get straight to work. This is for the person who wants to get in, get it done, and go. It is also for someone who is just starting out and wants to ease into training at their own pace. These can be strength or boxing depending on what you want that day.

Semi-Private

Small group · $50

4 to 5 people, one coach, same workout. Amanda runs the session and everyone moves through it together. You do not need to know anyone. You do not need to bring anyone. Just show up. Everyone in the room has the same goal: to get stronger and keep going.

HOW OFTEN

Once a month
A good place to start. Keeps you accountable and moving.

Twice a month
Where most people find their groove. Enough consistency to start building real progress when you are putting in the work between sessions.

Weekly
This is where things really shift. The work starts to carry into the rest of your week.

Multiple per week
For the people who are ready to make this part of how they live. If you are committing to three days a week, I offer a discounted rate. Packages need to be used within six weeks, but there is always flexibility to reschedule if something comes up.

Every session is full body strength training. It is progressive, it builds on the last session, and nothing is random. I am hitting all the major compound movements and making sure your form is right before we add anything.

Mobility is built into every session. I also give you homework between visits so you keep moving on your own. The drills change over time so you are always learning something new about how your body works.

I check in every week by text. Steps, sleep, how things are going. If nutrition comes up, we talk about it. No rigid meal plans. Just real conversations about what is working and what is not.

My goal is to teach you how to train, not to make you dependent on me. You should leave every session understanding what you did and why.

That is what personal training should feel like.

WHAT EVERY SESSION COMES WITH

YOUR FIRST SESSION

  • You have two options. You can do a 20 minute phone consultation or in person to talk through your goals and ask questions before committing.

  • Every session starts with mobility. I rotate the drills so you are learning new things about how your body moves. The first few weeks might be one set of drills. Then we switch it up completely. I want to teach you, not just warm you up.

  • Full body. Big compound movements. I am making sure we hit your core, glutes, upper body, lower body. I watch your form the whole time and I explain what we are doing and why. If something does not feel right in your body, we switch it up until you feel more confident with the movement.

  • Some people add boxing in. It is never required. If you are curious, I will walk you through it. The drills work for beginners and experienced people. It is there if you want it.

  • After your first session I keep it simple. I will remind you to do your mobility work and keep walking every day. I do not want to overwhelm you at the start. As I get to know you better and learn more about your nutrition and what kind of support you need, we build from there.
