Best for: Building real strength from the ground up. Full body, progressive, and built on what you did last time.
Express Session

Best for: You want to get in, get it done, and go. Or you are just getting started and want to ease into training at your own pace.
Semi-Private Small group
Best for: You want the same coaching with the energy of training alongside other people. Some people do their best work when they are not doing it alone.

Amanda is a strength and boxing coach based in Houston. She came up through boxing, trained to go pro, and everything she knows about coaching came from that world. Her whole thing is teaching you how to train, not just putting you through a workout. You leave every session knowing more than when you walked in.
